For Business

Train your whole team on AI. Without picking sides.

Your engineers love Claude. Your marketers live in ChatGPT. Your CFO does everything in Copilot for Excel. LearningGPT is the only training platform that teaches all of them honestly — and tells your people which tool to reach for, by job and by task.

The problem with how most companies train on AI today

Vendor training is biased

Microsoft teaches Copilot. OpenAI teaches ChatGPT. Anthropic teaches Claude. None of them will honestly tell your team when their tool is the wrong choice — or when a competitor's tool would do a better job.

Each team picks a different favorite

Engineering uses Claude. Marketing uses ChatGPT. Finance uses Copilot. There's no shared vocabulary, no consistency, and managers can't tell whether their teams are actually getting good at AI or just feeling busy.

YouTube and Twitter aren't a curriculum

Your team is piecing together how to use AI from creators with no skin in the game and content that's 18 months old. The models change every 8 weeks. The training has to change with them.

What LearningGPT does instead

One platform. Every major AI tool, taught honestly. Lessons by tool, lessons by job. Hands-on practice in a side-by-side playground. Built and maintained by people who use these tools daily — and updated as the models update.

Pilot pricing for the first 10 companies

We're working closely with a small number of early customers to make sure LearningGPT becomes the AI training platform companies actually want. If you're one of them, you get pilot pricing locked in for the life of your subscription, plus a custom curriculum review with the founder.

Team (under 25 seats)

$7 / seat / mo

Pilot rate (standard: $15/seat). Founding pricing locks in.

Department (25–100)

$5 / seat / mo

Pilot rate (standard: $12/seat). Volume discount included.

Enterprise (100+)

Let's talk

Custom pricing, custom curriculum review, dedicated onboarding.

Pilot pricing is honored as long as the subscription stays active. Standard pricing applies to new customers after the first 10 pilots are filled.

Questions we hear a lot

Why not just have our people use the free vendor training?

Because vendor training only teaches their tool. If your engineers use Claude, your marketers use ChatGPT, and your finance team uses Copilot, you'd need three different training programs — each one telling your team their tool is best. LearningGPT teaches all of them honestly, in one place, with the same standards.

Can you build custom content for our company?

For pilot customers, yes — we do a curriculum review where we look at your specific tools, workflows, and use cases, and recommend the lesson sequence (or build a custom one) that fits your team. Larger enterprise customers can request fully bespoke lessons; we'll quote that separately.

How do you keep the content current as models change?

Lessons are versioned. When a model update changes a workflow, we update the lesson and (starting Q3 2026) push a skill-update alert to every learner who's completed that lesson. The curriculum is continuously maintained, not a one-shot course.

Do you offer invoicing and PO terms?

For Team and Department tiers, we accept credit card via Stripe by default. For Enterprise (100+ seats), we accept ACH and POs with Net-30 terms. Email us with your procurement requirements.

What about SSO, SCIM, and admin dashboards?

On the roadmap for late 2026. Pilot customers help shape what we build. If specific compliance or admin features are deal-breakers for you today, tell us — we triage based on what real customers need.

Who's behind LearningGPT?

Founded by Dan Allen, an AI sales professional with deep experience in the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem. LearningGPT is independent — we're not paid by any AI vendor; your subscription is the only thing that pays us.
