The final step is volume: one template plus a list of records becomes a hundred personalized documents. Add complex documents (multi-section reports, contracts with conditional clauses) and a proper approval workflow, and you’ve industrialized your paperwork — with humans still checking what matters.

Step 01 Merge from data

Point a template at a spreadsheet or CRM and generate one document per row — personalized proposals, certificates, renewal letters, account summaries. Mail-merge, but the AI also adapts the language per record, not just the name.

Step 02 Complex documents

Handle the hard ones: reports with many sections pulled from different inputs, or agreements where clauses change based on the situation (“include the multi-year clause only if the term is over a year”).

Step 03 A review-and-approval workflow

At volume, review can’t be eyeballing each one — but it can’t vanish either. Build a workflow (with the Automate a Workflow build): generate as drafts, route to the right approver, nothing sends or files until approved. Sample-check batches; fully check anything legal.

Step 04 Generate, format, deliver

Finish the pipeline: produce in the right format (PDF, Word), then send, file, or store them where they belong — automatically, once approved.
