Insurance letters, translated — into plain English.
"This is not a bill." Then what is it? Insurance and Medicare mail seems designed to confuse. AI is remarkably good at turning it into plain words — and telling you whether anything actually needs doing.
The ideaYou do not have to decode it alone
An "Explanation of Benefits" (EOB), an Annual Notice of Change, a prior-authorization letter — these all have a plain-English meaning underneath. Type or paste the confusing part into your AI helper and ask what it means. You will get a calm translation in seconds.
ImportantKeep your private details private
Before you paste, leave out your Medicare number, Social Security number, and account numbers. The AI does not need them to explain the letter — the wording is enough. This is a good habit with any website.
Share the words of the letter, never the numbers that identify you.
Going furtherPrepare for the phone call
If something looks wrong — a charge you do not recognize, a denial that seems unfair — AI can help you get ready to call. It will tell you what to ask, and what words to use.
Your turn
