We want you to feel confident learning with LearningGPT. If you purchase a paid subscription (Pro or Pro+, monthly or annual) and you're not happy, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.
Email dan@learninggpt.ai from the address on your account and we'll take care of it. You don't need to give a reason. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
The 30-day guarantee applies to your first (initial) paid subscription purchase, including annual plans.
After the 30-day window, payments — including automatic renewals — are non-refundable. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel anytime before your renewal date from your account's billing portal; you'll keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for. If an automatic renewal caught you off guard, reach out anyway — we're reasonable and will look at it case by case.
Cancelling stops future billing. Outside the 30-day window, it does not automatically refund past charges. You keep full access until the end of your current paid period.
